when you see a flower and are thankful for the blessing
حينما ترى زهرة فتكون شاكرا لهذه النعمة

You are loving
أنت محب
when your own pain doesn't blind you to the pain of others
حينما لا يعميك ألمك عن رؤية آلآم الآخرين

You are wise
انت حكيم
when you know the limits of your wisdom
حينما تدرك حدود حكمتك

You are true
أنت محق
when you admit there are times you fool yourself
حينما تعترف بأن ثمة أوقات تخدع فيها نفسك

You are alive
أنت حى
when tomorrow's hope means more to you than yesterday's mistake
حينما يعني لك أمل الغد أكثر مما يعني لك خطأ الأمس

You are growing
أنت تنمو
when you know what you are but not what you will become
حينما تعلم من تكون , لا من ستكون

You are free
أنت حر
When you are in control of yourself and not wish to control other
حينما تكون مسيطرا على نفسك ولا تتمنى السيطرة على الآخرين

You are honorable
أنت محترم
when you find your honor is to honor others
حينما تجد احترامك في أن تحترم الآخرين

You are generous
أنت كريم
when you can take as sweetly as you can give
حينما تستطيع أن تأخذ بنفس اللطف الذي تعطي به

You are humble
أنت متواضع
when you don't know how humble you are
حينما لا تعلم كم أنت متواضع

You are thoughtful
أنت عميق التفكير
when you see me just as I am and treat me just as you are
حينما تراني كما أنا و تعاملني كما لو كنت أنا مكانك

You are merciful
أنت رحيم
when you forgive in others the fault you condemn in yourself
حينما تغفر ما في الآخرين من عيوب تجدها في نفسك وتمقتها

You are beautiful
أنت جميل
when you don't need a mirror to tell you
حينما لا تحتاج الى مرآة لتخبرك بذلك

You are rich
أنت غني
When you never need more than what you have
حينما لا تحتاج ابدا لأكثر مما لديك

when you are at peace with who you are not
حينما تكون في وفاق مع من لست في وفاق معه
