how are you?
I hope all of you feel happy
and don’t feel by loneness

sometime when you feel you are alone
you feel like you are in the dark
feel you hate yourself and your life

want to cry but you know it won’t help you ....
you will stay alone
that feeling won’t go just by crying
what will you do at that time?
you will set down with yourself ...and look at yourself and your cases

but when someone come to you
someone from your family or all of your family or your friends...whoever
you will forget that feeling
you will feel the life begin again...that feeling of happy
you will love your life at this moment
and you won’t forget that person..
because he get out you from that dark to the light

i thinks its something important

I like this section so that was trying to put anything

all of your wrote was right
this is a defficult case
but at that moment ou will setting in your room and clase the door.right
but belive me when someone you love came
you won't set alone
you will set with him
right?
this is what I think

when you want to cry or hit anyone
this is very difficult case
at that moment I don't know what I can do
really at that moment I want to be alone to don't do any thig mistake
because if I saw anyone stand in front me I will hit him
haha
or I will anger on him

may be thats will make you better as you said

of course not always
its special case

right if you remebered allah you will be relaxed
